Perhaps one of the most remarkable aspects of our collaboration was the efficiency with which Mark navigated the notoriously challenging LADBS (Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety) process. In an astonishing seven months, he managed to secure approval with only one round of corrections. This efficiency speaks volumes about his expertise and dedication to his craft.
Throughout the project, Mark was consistently available, offering specific details, invaluable guidance, and even making on-site visits whenever needed. This level of accessibility and responsiveness is rare in the industry and made the entire experience not only smooth but enjoyable.

Mark is an excellent architect and designer. He stuck with us through a horrible contractor and was able to catch a number of mistakes the contractor made on his visits. He was always happy to provide us renderings and suggestions for various options on our large remodel and even sourced fixtures and things at times when we were stuck.
